Instructions

Whisk together the marinade ingredients (soy sauce, mirin, sriracha, chili sauce, grated ginger, grated garlic, red pepper flakes, olive oil, and smoked paprika), saving a small amount on the side. Soak the salmon filets in the marinade for approximately 2 hours in the refrigerator (or up to 24 hours). In a large fry pan, heat some oil. Sear the marinated salmon filets for about 4 minutes on each side, brushing with some of the extra marinade as they cook. Serve immediately with rice or your favorite vegetables. Enjoy!
